Creations and Plastic Designs S.L, company from Ibi dedicated to design and manufacture molds for thermoplastic injection, has acquired new machinery that has improved and extended its processes, which permits performing mechanized pieces in 3D for molds up to 30 of ton.

The machine is specifically a CNC Milling Machine FP-50 with rotative automatic head with capacity of 30 tons. The company has acquired this machine  for customers demanded  higher tonnage molds.

Crediplast has also focused its attention in its difference with the competitors, a value that Crediplast has got through this new investment and others, like the incorporation of machinery to make molds of important tonnage with a great technical complexity, like an overhead travelling crane of 28 TM, a press to adjust molds with a pressure of 400TM and a bridgelike electroerosión, a fixed bedplate and a  big capacity cask, and moreover a highly trained work team .

According to Company´s Direction sources “ We intend to perform a qualitative and quantitative step in our sector: the tooling” and not just that. The firm also hopes to offer its customers a complex product of great quality and a competitive prize with the objective of extending its costumer book, and specially, to  offer loyalty to present customers.
