The European Commission supports a sustainable project led by companies of our region.

IQAP Masterbatch, Injusa and Pérez Cerdá, all of them companies of our region belonging to different sectors, have joined their knowledge with Mastalmond . This is a project which has got support of the European Commission to innovate and respect the environment.

Mastalmond Project, led by AIJU and with participation of these companies, creates color concentrates based on biodegradable polymers so that this color concentrates have a high percentage of natural residue, mainly almond shell. It is thought to be used by toy industry and auxiliary furniture.

Companies of our region demonstrate once more their compromise for innovation and their concern for the environment, because this project tackles reusing the almond shell and the use of biodegradable plastics.
